A popular TikTok star has discovered an affordable wardrobe necessity that does not pull or stretch the shape of clothing.

Adrian Widjy, from Sydney, swears by the $3.50 Polypropylene Laundry Hangers from the Japanese retail company Muji to store his t-shirts on.

The clothes hangers have been designed in a way that makes taking clothes on and off a simple task that does not stretch or pull the material or neckline.

The affordable hanger features a nook that allows clothes to slip on and off without the neckline or shoulders of t-shirts being pulled.

The $3.50 Japanese Laundry Hangers are available to buy in two different sizes to suit all garments and come in packs of three.

'If this is not a smart design I do not know what is... I love finding smart products,' Adrian wrote.

Muji stocks a variety of innovative homeware and clothing products that make organisation, cleaning and life around the house easier.

Adrian shared his affordable find to TikTok where it received 31,000 views and comments from followers who want a 'genius' hanger themselves.
