A. Yes,after all details confirmed,we could offer A4 size sample for checking quality.
A4 size sample is free.Client only needs to pay the courier cost.
Q2. If possible to get a catalogue?If not,how to choose leather model?
A. We don't provide catalogue at present.As we are dealing with synthetic leathers at an extensive range and quality.The leather pattern are changing rapidly also.
For choosing leather model,please advise specific details usch as usage,material,thickness,width,backing,special quality request,so we would be glad to offer you suitable options.
Q3. How to get a quotation?
A. Please send us email with your inquiry details,such as quantity,usage,material,thickness,width,backing,special quality request and price terms.We would be glad to offer you detailed quotation at the first convenience.
Q4. How about the payment term?If L/C is acceptable?If O/A is acceptable?
A. Usually our payment term is T/T as 30% deposit before production,balance against B/L copy.
L/C is only acceptable for amount above US$50,000.00.And the L/C should be irrevocable L/C at sight.
O/A is only acceptable for old customers who cooperating with us more than three years.
Q5. How about the leading time?Is it negotiable if order is urgent?
A. Usually the leading time for sample is 2-3 working days after details confirmed.
The leading time for mass production is 15-20 working days after deposit received.
Yes,the leading time is negotiable if the order is urgent.We could speed up the schedule for earlier delivery.
