3. We can offer samples to our customers. The expense like the machine cost and the transportation cost shall be decided through mutual negotiation.
In-Sales & After-Sales Service
1. The product manufactured by our company features protective property and long service life. Even though every component of our product is durable, we still provide spare parts for some of the components if necessary. Generally, the delivery time is 30 days after the order is confirmed. The specific lead time shall depend on the practical situation.
2. The quality guarantee period of our product is one year. Except for the damage caused by the force majeure and human error, we will provide technical support for maintenance, as well as service of returning and replacing of the goods.
3. We will provide our customers with training document of the product operation. We frequently attend exhibition all over the world such as CEBIT to communicate with our distributors.

The production process can be divided into 5 steps which are respectively assembly processing, charging for aging, product testing, quality inspection and storage. We strictly control every production step to guarantee the final products we produce are in good quality.
In the testing step, we will do some tests on Wi-Fi and 3G network to check whether our product can access to the network normally. In addition, tests on audio devices, liquid crystal display and interfaces will be done as well.
In the quality inspection step, we will check to make sure the appearance and other performances of the finished product are in good condition. Then the products will be packed and sent to the warehouse for storage.
